Geography: Exploring how Islands are made.

For our topic on Islands, we took time to think about and discover how islands are formed.

We found out that some islands form because of the ocean getting deeper and deeper. Some volcanoes also form due to volcanoes.

We then decided, for a bit of fun, to make our own volcanoes! Have a look at our pictures. Could you try it at home?
