Roman Amphitheatre!

Year 4 visited the Guildhall Art gallery where  remains of a roman amphitheatre can be found!

We took part in an Explorer’s session where we found out all about the gladiators who fought in the arenas.

​We also met Andrew who is an archaeologist who we examined Roman artefacts with.
