'In Science, year 5 are learning about life cycles of plants. We were investigating what the different parts of a plant are called, which are part of the plant's reproduction cycle and what happens at each stage of this cycle. We also created our own glossaries to help us broaden our science vocabulary. Year 5 have made a great start to Daily Mile challenge. They have built up slowly and gradually and are now ready to begin completing a full mile. Well Done Year 5. Keep it up! 'To settle back into school, Year 5 worked on a team-building activity which required us to use design -, engineering and collaboration skills. |
