Year 2 created their own rhymes in pairs after reading 'Jim and The Beanstalk'. They had to create their own rhyming couplets based on the well-known rhyme 'Fee Fi Fo Fum'. The lesson also helped them to explore alliteration by using the alphabet to change the first sounds in each word so that they all matched. ​
