In Year 6 we have been researching healthy starters and made bruschetta with roasted peppers, feta cheese, garlic and parsley on toasted ciabatta bread. We learnt how to chop our ingredients safely and crush the garlic cloves.
Luckily we got to take a sample home to eat too-delicious! We can't wait until the main course next week -vegetable pasta!
